Chef's Menu: a table reserved for you

Exclusive for Centurion and Platinum members of American Express, we have reserved a table for you at the best restaurants in the Benelux. With the online reservation system of Chef's Menu, you can quickly see if there is a table available for you! Choose from dozens of culinary must-visits in the Benelux. New culinary must-visits are added every month. Depending on the date and time you select, you can dine à la carte or savor a chef's menu with special signature dishes from the chef.

Conditions:
- Exclusive for Centurion and Platinum members of American Express.
- Book online at the restaurant, choose a date, time and number of persons.
- You can choose between a standard a la carte reservation or a deluxe chef's menu. With a standard a la carte reservation, you can choose which dishes you want from the menu. If you select a luxury chef's menu, you will be completely pampered during a luxury surprise menu selected by the chef.
- Are there any dietary requirements? Please mention this on the reservation form so the restaurant can take this into account.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.
Some restaurants only accept reservations with a small down payment, this is clearly indicated when making a reservation.

2. I want to cancel my reservation but I do not have my confirmation email. What can I do?

If you have lost the confirmation, please email to [email protected] with your reservation details.

3. How can I write a review?

Once you have made your reservation, you will automatically receive an e-mail with an invitation to share your gastronomic experience with the restaurant in a review. Click on 'leave a review' in the e-mail and here you can write a review about the restaurant you have visited.
