Super lekkere smaken, prachtige presentaties.

bijzonder lekker gegeten zonder meer we keren sowieso terug, gezellige locatie (living gevoel) want we voelden ons er met z'n vieren direct op ons "gemak" zeker ook met de gastvrouw die snel aanvoelde hoe we graag hebben dat er met ons wordt omgegaan, heel mooie wijnkaart ook maar zoals op vele plaatsen is de prijs toch bijzonder hoog geworden voor zowel het eten als de drank.
Alles was prima. De passende wijnen waren goed gekozen maar heel schaars geserveerd, wat het enig minpunt is.

Be overwhelmed by refined flavours, intimate atmospheres and a gastronomic experience at Libertine in Erpe-Mere! As soon as you step inside the restaurant, you are introduced to its Art Nouveau style: bordeaux marble and fine glassware seems to be the standard here. The retro décor feels familiar and hostess Sabine therefore makes you feel right at home. Sabine herself has figured out the balanced wine list such as unique sherry wines, sake and desert wines. At the cooker is chef Dominique, who likes to add his personal bit of flair to the phenomenal dishes. The richly varied cuisine is based on finely selected products. French cuisine knows no secrets if it's up to chef Dominique and is happy to introduce you to it and all it's rich flavours!
